What other minors, internships, or activities are you pursuing outside of your majors?
In addition to my majors, I am pursuing a management minor, serve as a student mentor for the Minnesota Historical Society, and am a member of the Ad Club student board.

What advice do you have for future Hubbard School students?
Get involved and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there, whether it be joining a student group, networking with guest speakers, or meeting with professors for career advice. There are a lot of great opportunities to grow yourself academically and professionally within the Hubbard School.

What tactics do you use to manage school, work and life during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Always staying busy was a beneficial tactic for me in managing life during the pandemic. Working and attending school during the week kept me preoccupied, and making time for friends and family, whether it be in person or just over the phone, kept me sane.

What course or professor would you recommend for other students in your major?
I highly recommend other strategic communications students take a class with Mark Jenson. He’s a great instructor, very passionate about advertising, and always willing to provide students with the resources they need to succeed both academically and professionally.
