Silha Professor Jane Kirtley Takes Part in Debate at the Media Law Resource Center's London Conference 2022

September 20, 2022 — Professor Jane Kirtley took part in the closing debate at the Media Law Resource Center's London Conference 2022: International Developments in Libel, Privacy & Free Expression Law. She was teamed with KC Gavin Millar to argue against the proposition: "The Internet Has Failed Us As A Society."  Also participating in the debate were: Judge Matthew Nicklin, High Court of England and Wales; Gavin Millar KC; Hugh Tomlinson KC; and Hugo Rifkind, The (London) Times.
