What's PRISM up to?

PRISM: Diversity in Media is a multicultural student organization rooted in SJMC and open to students from all majors. PRISM strives to challenge the viewpoints of today's media on multicultural issues. The group engages in events and outreach involving all dimensions of diversity in communications.

For example, PRISM sponosored a tour of Fallon, a Minneapolis-based creative agency on March 10. Several students joined the head of recruiting at Fallon for a tour of the offices and a presentation of Fallon's national work. The group learned about what it takes to create national campaigns.

On March 31 at 3 p.m., PRISM will host a tour of Weber Shandwick, one of the world's leading PR firms located right here in Minneapolis. There is limited space, so if you're interested in joining the tour (and/or joining PRISM), please reach out to [email protected] for more information!
