Getting up and moving can be challenging when you first start exercising. Here is some information to get you started. 

Within exercise, it is important to understand the four areas of physical activity: endurance, strength or strength-training, balance and flexibility. This may seem overwhelming, but remember, all movement is good for you. Start with what you are comfortable with, and if you have any questions or concerns surrounding exercise, we always encourage you to reach out to your doctor or healthcare provider.
