Silha Professor Jane Kirtley was the principal speaker and panelist at the Practising Law Institute's Communications Law in the Digital Age conference on November 9-10, 2022 in New York City.  Her panel, Privacy and Data Protection, took place on November 9.  Her course handbook chapter was prepared with the assistance of Silha RAs Claire Colby, Samantha Brunn, and Luke Srodulski.
